Franglais Fishing Refund and Return Policy
Franglais Fishing will accept return of any item within ten
days of cleared payment for replacement, exchange or
refund. Should you wish to take advantage of this policy,
please return the item(s) carefully wrapped and complete
with packaging and enclose a note detailing your name,
address, email address, reason for return (if any) and your
instructions regarding the replacement, exchange or refund
required. Please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting
for your own record.
You, the customer, are responsible for paying the cost of
returning unwanted goods. However, if the goods are faulty,
please detail the fault in your note and once verified, we
will also refund the cost of the return.

Franglais Fishing Cancellation Policy
Franglais Fishing will accept cancellation of any order
prior to dispatch. However, please note that for orders
received prior to mid day Monday to Saturday, dispatch is
same day and for orders received after mid day Monday to
Friday, dispatch is next morning. For orders received
outside of these times or on Bank Holidays, dispatch is
next available morning post.
